Increase your energy, stamina, and flexibility by stretching at least 10 minutes per day
Compete in groups of 3-5
Points tracking:
Earn/record 1 point for every minute of stretching
Earn up to 45 points per day
Team points will be averaged on Leaderboard
Individuals earn 7 wellness credits at 200 points
